Rene Martinez arrived within the scheduled window and was very professional and friendly. He needed to order parts to repair the AC unit. The first visit was on Friday and he had the replacement parts and installed them on Sunday - just 2 days later and on a WEEKEND! That was a very nice turnaround - I was impressed.

The Allred service tech let us know when he was 10 minutes away and then showed up on time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of our A/C system. He listened intently to all of our concerns and addressed them individually. He ran a complete and thorough system check on our A/C system and let us know exactly what he found and what it all meant in terms we could fully understand. His advise and recommendations were considerate and well thought out and gave us enough information on what we needed and how to move forward. What a fantastic experience. Smart and knowledgeable estimators, competitive pricing, but best of all, excellent installation work performed with care and precision. Their commitment to go the extra mile to perfect the installation included doing things to make the user experience better which weren’t in the scope of the agreement, such as moving and labeling switches and panel layout for clarity of operation. Called for advice to light pilot light and then wondered if someone could drop by. Mimi was awesome in trying to squeeze me into their schedule at the last minute and in my available time frame. She did it. Tech arrived, and we agreed that I should schedule an appointment so he would have ample time to review and test. Matt arrived the following week, explained the problem and did an overall maintenance. This is a great company and very customer service oriented.

Prompt service and excellent technician. This is his second time here as I wanted someone to show me how to deal with a furnace months ago. We both agreed that I finally need to replace the 1984 model currently in my home. The sales rep was great and did not encourage me to purchase a unit with features I did not need. Since the air conditioner did not work when I purchased the home, we will be adding a unit for heating and cooling.

We had a problem with our furnace where it would suddenly just go off. It would work for months, weeks, etc., but then stop all of a sudden. This happened again this last weekend. We can usually get it started, but this time nothing we could do worked. I called several companies to come out and Allred was the only one that could get to it fairly quickly. Eric, the technician came out and diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. We are warm again! Eric was very friendly and competent and the charge for the service was not exorbitant. We will definitely use Allred in the future. Can't say enough how VERY pleased we are!

Everything was very efficient and Eric have very helpful suggestions on part replacement, info regarding our aging heat pump and near future replacement plus explained the UV system for my furnace at my request

Who wants their heat pump a/c to go out on the hottest day of the summer during a pandemic? Yeah, we didn't either.
But ERIC from Allred came out and did a detailed diagnostic (wore a mask, social distanced, "no contact" visa payment) and returned a few days later with the needed part to repair our system. Eric was friendly, professional, respectful of all covid protocols, and answered all my questions. And our system is working great. We are happy customers.

Mom's furnace hadn't been serviced in many years. Eric gave us detailed info on the efficiency of the furnace and heat pump and how soon the heat pump and parts would need replacing. Efficient, honest , punctual and courteous. Great value. We also inquired about a UV scrubber for future installation.

We shopped around extensively to find the most reliable company at the best price and found it with Allred. They gave us an estimate first and when we approved they did the work of replacing our under the house furnace and repairing some of the connecting duct works. The workers were fast and efficient, and answered all our questions. And this year after a winter with no complaints whatsoever about our new furnace, Allred contacted us and made an appointment to come out and replace the filter on the furnace, They had promised to do this annually, but we thought for sure we'd have to remind them We could not be more pleased with their service.

We hired Allred to inspect ductwork and replace a furnace and hot water tank. We ended up having them also run gas lines and installing a gas fireplace. They were always professional and respectful of the home and their prices were much less than we expected they would be. We are general contractors who purchase and rehab homes for a living. We absolutely will call them for all our future projects and highly recommend them.

I had Allred Heating and Cooling put in a Mitsubishi Split Heat Pump in one of our buildings. It was a problem building for me, with the clients running heaters in the winter, and air conditioners in the summer, they were knocking out their computers with heavy power draws. The new heat pump draws way less current, and maintains much better temperature control. As other equipment requires replacement, Allred is my choice to handle the replacements.

The same team installed the second water heater so their employees stay with the company. They are very professional. I will be contacting them when we are ready to replace our heater.

Awesome quick and speedy service. We had the igniter replaced in our gas furnace. It was the dead of winter and no heat is an issue. They put us down on the list and in 2 hours it was fixed. Kinda pricy for the work that was done but sadly this is the same everywhere.

Nest Thermostat stopped working. Eric helped check my breaker and it was off. Turned it on and everything worked. Was really nice of him to walk me through the trouble shooting to avoid a off hit hours home visit to just flip the switch and saved us a lot!

Matt and Dan, I have loved you all from the start of your Company but everyone went above and beyond the call of duty when my AC./Furnace went out late Monday. It was too late to call so called first thing Tuesday morning and by Thurs. at 3:15 PM when the two installers , that were terrific by the way especially in all the heat left my home with new furnace and new AC all ready and running. You are the best but I've known that from the start. Keep up the great work. Can't imagine what this weekend would have been like had we been with out the AC. My partner who is 91, on Home Hospice for Pulmonary Fibrosis on 10 liters of oxygen 24/7 thanks you a hundred times over

Our AC Unit broke down on the worst day, they couldn't get a tech out that day but they did as soon as possible. Chris was the name of our tech he was friendly and on time. Best of all he was able to fix the AC the same day he showed up now we can stay cool this summer.

My AC was serviced by Rene Martinez and he did a spectacular job. Not only did he find the issue previous repair men had missed he explained everything in great detail and got everything fixed and serviced same day.
